Delete your account

Deleting removes your profile, photo, place on the map, posts, replies, chats, connections, plans and sign-ups. Backups are overwritten within 7 days.

In the app

1. Open Settings from the three dots.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

Enter the email of your account. We send a link that deletes it.

Check your email

If an account uses , a link is on its way. It works once, for 30 minutes.

No email after a few minutes? Look in spam, or write to bsconnect.help@gmail.com from the address of your account.

Have a code?

The email also holds a six-digit code. Enter it here instead of opening the link.

Your profile, posts, chats, connections and place on the map are removed now. This cannot be undone.
